This masterclass is designed to help you create a sustainable, inclusive environment where psychological safety and high productivity work together, enabling Game Production teams to run smoothly and autonomously. The program is led by expert Sophie Vo, a Leadership Coach, who draws on 17 years of leadership experience and has coached over 200 tech CEOs/executives. This Game Master Class provides the approach and tools necessary to build a performing culture, covering: establishing safety through transparency, integrity, and emotional regulation; systematic trust-building; mastering communication for sensitive feedback and conflict resolution; and transforming the leadership mindset from manager to leader-coach for greater impact.
