This masterclass is designed for programmers, technical leads, and technical directors who want to improve the performance and scalability of their teams by mastering the human systems behind technical production. As game development pipelines become more complex (AI integration, live services, multi-platform constraints), the main bottlenecks shift from code to coordination, decision-making, and team alignment. Led by Sophie Vo, a leadership coach with 17 years of experience in the game and tech industry, the session provides practical frameworks to structure technical decision-making, improve cross-discipline collaboration, handle conflicts around architecture or production constraints, and transition from senior contributor to effective technical leader, ultimately enabling faster, more reliable, and higher-quality delivery.
